As a conference and event planner, I was recently researching and coordinating for upcoming international meeting efforts and discovered I was utilizing several informational websites quite frequently. I wanted to share these with the many other event marketing and meeting planners that I know are out there dealing with numerous cities around the world, trying to align multiple schedules with different time zones, with countless currency conversions and a variety of postage calculations.
