AMI is our full-service event marketing and meeting management brand focused on meeting logistics, travel, production and creative services. Our firm assists clients in the strategic meeting planning and execution of overall meeting strategy and execution including budgeting, event registration, production, vendor negotiation, on-site staff, travel and overall logistics. We see our clients as partners in the ongoing development of their meeting and event initiatives and work closely with them every step of the way to ensure a perfect program.
Our Location
AMI's corporate headquarters is housed in a 4,000+ square foot state of the art facility. All meeting logistics, registration systems, planning, promotional product, amenities and meeting inventory are managed from this central location and shipped to our meetings and events administered around the globe. Our secure registration and data system servers are housed here, and backed up at remote locations in Arizona to ensure 99.9% uptime of client data and registration websites. Our significant investment in our Class "A" meeting facility ensures our clients best-in-class service in and around their meeting and event.
